Booking Terms & Conditions

· We will hold the booking for 1 week while we wait for a non-refundable 20% deposit. The full balance is due no later than 6 weeks before departure, along with a £50 refundable bond against damages. If the final balance is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Should you cancel after the full balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost, but the damage bond will be refunded.  We strongly advise you to take out holiday travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed - this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control

· Full name/s and contact details of guests must be provided.

· You are expected to provide your own holiday insurance.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during your stay.

· On full payment, we will provide you with all the information you require along with details of the on-site property manager who will be your point of contact for any problems during your stay.   

· Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment—please use the balcony or other outside space.

· The towels provided are for use within the apartment—please do not use them for the pool or beach.

· Air-conditioning should be used with all doors and windows CLOSED! Please take care of the remote controls—they are the only means of operating the air con units.

· The throws on the sofa’s are there in an effort to keep things clean for everyone.  PLEASE leave them in place. If they are looking grubby, please tell the property manager and he will arrange for them to be cleaned.

· At the end of your stay, the property manager will  carry out an inspection of the apartment. Cost of breakages, loss of keys/pool or Sky card or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the bond. Keys must be returned ASAP after your return.  The Bond/remainder of the Bond will be refunded to you upon our receipt of the keys.
